I visited the Brisbane city store today for a clean of my bracelet. I made the appointment online and high was done on a very straightforward booking system. During my visit I personally encountered 4 members of staff. The First Lady on the door confirmed my appointment, the second took me to a waiting area and brought me a drink. The third was the lady that my appointment was with for the clean, and the fourth was a gentleman who ensured I was ok for drinks. Every single one of them were very lovely, paying the perfect amount of attention to me. I didn’t spend anything on my visit as it was a complimentary clean, but I wasn’t once made to feel like I was there for a freebie trip m anyway. The store itself is very beautiful on the inside and the outside and very well air-conditioned. I would definitely return to the store for any sale or service requirement in the future. Thank you.
Went in to buy a bracelet as gift for my sister. I knew exactly what I wanted as I had seen it online and was in fact wearing the same piece myself.
The sales person was unable to locate the item (due to poor product knowledge) then tried to sell me something else whilst claiming it was the same piece. It was obviously not the same piece as it did not match what I was wearing.
She then offered me her iPhone to locate the piece I was looking for on the Tiffany website which was irritating because I would expect staff to know their products they are selling.
I thereafter asked the customer service rep a few questions about the piece which she was unable to answer.
After finally locating the piece and paying for it … I asked if Tiffany’s could clean my bracelet. I was told that I would need to come back with an appointment, which seemed a bit ridiculous given how many staff were standing around idle in the store.
Upon leaving the store, I complained to the staff at the front door that the service was extremely poor and at a store like Tiffany’s the customer service assistant should have better product knowledge. I was informed that the staff member in question isn’t actually a customer service representative…which just baffles me…why let staff serve customers that are not trained to serve customers or who should not be serving customers. It was a thoroughly annoying and disappointing experience … which should have taken 5 minutes instead of 30 minutes …
My partner brought me a Tiffany necklace for Christmas, as per the negative reviews I didn’t make the mistake of just walking in , I made an appointment and arrive 40 minutes later. I arrived and got greeted straight away , the lady told me to take a seat and someone would look after me, not even a minute later I was welcomed and looked after.
I left about 5 minutes later as they had to send away my necklace to be repaired she said it would take about 3 weeks which was absolutely fine.
great service , thank you 😊
Your system is not customer convenience focused. I came in to drop off a bracelet to be fixed only to find I need to make an appointment to drop it off. I run my own business and getting into the store takes me month. I explained this very clearly and was only met with the repeated question of when I would like to make an appointment to come in to drop it off!!!! What you did not know was that I had just received an insurance payout for all of my jewellery that was stolen earlier in the year. So I was prepared to purchase something significant in your store that day. Now, I will never walk back into a Tiffany's store. I am 1000% sure that the original owner of the BRAND TIFFANY would not have let me leave that store without making sure I was looked after.
For a luxury brand, Tiffany & Co need to do better. I have been a customer for nearly 20 years and the Brisbane store is a disgrace. Rather than offering a warm welcome, you are greeted with elitist staff who need to know why you have come to the store and request your ID immediately if picking up an item. I don't mind a concierge service but how about a little warmth? There are often more staff than customers and yet they are offhand, rarely smile or offer advice. Although I have loved what the brand stands for, I will now look to purchase elsewhere. Maybe I don't fit what they 'want' as their ideal customer but they are losing a long-term, loyal customer.
These photos are from Anniversaries past ... tomorrow is our 30th Anniversary and as the stars align ... we'll be there again.
Tiffany's Jewelry always brings a smile. For years we have been coming to Tiffany & Co and I just want to praise the Brisbane store, particularly Niamj. The excellence of service and personal attention I and my wife have been given here is simply wonderful, on all occassions. The experience and the Jewelry is long remembered well after the purchase. Thank you again.
Attempted to bring in a necklace for a repair. Was politely told need to make an appointment for a ‘consultation’ before able to drop it off. Apparently this is a new policy since October 2022 to improve customer service, however I would suggest it is the opposite. Having to make a time (from a very limited number available) to organise a repair is frustrating and inefficient and very poor after sales service
I came into the store to get some help with sizing. A lovely lady greeted me upon entrance - unfortunately, I didn’t ask her name. Then Katie looked after me and provided sizing and styling advise while I was trying on different jewellery pieces, ultimately finding those that fit just right. I felt very welcome and got real help - thank you so much.
